HiFiler helps organise documents you choose to upload. Because those records can be sensitive, it is important to be clear about what the service does, what you control, and where we are still validating implementation details.
Simple steps that matter

Upload intentionally
Only upload the documents needed for the feature you are using. Direct bank connections are not required.

Review the results
Automated extraction can make mistakes. Confirm dates, amounts, names and policy details before relying on them.

Keep your own copies
Store independent copies of important financial documents. An uploaded original is not necessarily saved unless HiFiler confirms it.
Your account and personal information
Use a strong, unique account password and sign out on devices you share. Never send your password or full bank-card number to support. Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of information processed and the rights available to you.
AI and external services
Some document-processing features may use a third-party AI provider. The relevant data handling, retention, processing location and safeguards must be verified and disclosed in the Privacy Policy before this page is published.
Payments
Payment options and charges will be shown at checkout when live processing is enabled. HiFiler is validating provider integrations and billing controls before accepting live subscription payments.
Report a concern
If you believe your account or information has been exposed, contact support@hifiler.com and describe the concern without attaching sensitive documents in the initial message.
